Have you had the car on the dyno?? I only ask because I see you have a diablo chip, and if its a mail order it may be costing you power. For some reason, at least in my experence, the mail order/generic diablo chips don't like aftermarket MAFs.
Mine had me way to rich after I put the C&L on, and im running a stock program until my new cams go in.

i havent put everything in yet, i just bought everything over time and im waiting til i have enough money to get all the work done at the same time. but the place i go reburns my chip free everytime i get work done so i doubt that the chip is hurting me, but you better believe that when i get all this stuff put in that i am going to the dyno to get a good tune and ill have them check that out too. thanks for the heads up

Where do you live, altitude, and how good is your track surface? I think its going to be a struggle to break 13 in a pre 99 GT with the old heads, they just dont flow enough to let the intake and headers help all that much. Maybe on a great track with good air and if you can really drive and powershift.....?
