Right now my insurance is $1300 every six months and im 24. Thats the lowest price I could find anywhere and its with Progressive. If I were you and I had that kind of money to throw on a car I would put it down on a new or used '03/'04 Cobra! No doubt about that.

Im 18 and I pay 5,000 a year and im registered on my dads POS, not my 93 5.0 LX, so you get the idea. I have a clean record too.

I think you should go with something besides flow's too. Flows are good if you are doing no engine work and you want volume. If you get something else, the engine work will make the sound, not the exhaust. I have borla's, with bbk xpipe w/ cats and bbk ceramic headers, sounds nice so far, well see when the engine starts getting crazy. Borlas are quite expensive though, I have 1400 just in my exhaust, the borlas were $650 compared to $250 flows, you get what you pay for man, Ive got a 1,000,000 mile warrentee, yes 1 million, on my borlas.

And above all ITS UP TO YOU

go with a 99+ gt. the 1.7L kenne bell is awsome. dont even think about 6 psi. get the kit with the intercooler and run it a 9psi. its safe and cheaper if you buy the intercooler at the same time. running 6psi with the intercooler actualy looses alittle power from their tests so just go with 9. ive got the SLP catback and x-pipe on my 03 gt and i couldnt be happier. just do some research, get sound clips and decide for yourself. good luck with your decision. and welcome to the forum.

I had a two tickets and an at-fault accident on my record form a little under three years ago. Next time I renew the policy I wont have a ticket I hope and I will only have the recent accident attached to it and I will turn 25 years old... so I hope it drops dramatically!
