Default mod stroker kits

why cant i find a 4.6 stroker kit that gives as much of a cubic inch increase as the 5.0 and 5.8 engines? does the crank interfere with the block or something when you go to a bigger stroke?

Look at the top of the 4.6 page under announcements. It says something about mod stroker kits. Also, I know ZW99GT has a stoked Stang.

Heres mine. You can pick your Piston Dish and rings according to your plans(N/A, S/C, turbo, nitrous, etc...). I'm running different pistons than the ones that comes with the kit.

To answer your question you can not get more cubic inch out of 4.6L block then 5.1L is because the space between the cylinders is to small to do a good bore and the deck height is to low for anymore stroke. The block has to be cleared for the counter weights of the stroker crank and even for just the cobra crank. The cylinder walls have to be trimmed at the bottom so the rods will clear it. There are alot clearance problems with the 4.6L block and the more you clear the weaker it gets.

That is correct. To get much more than 302ci you would have to get your block sleeved. And in all seriousness, unless you are doing some big crazy N/A build up, big displacement is not really needed.
