$25 to who solves this *2000 GT*
Anyone who can figure my problem out I will PAPYAL them $25! I spent all day playing with the car and I can't figure it out.
Heres what happend:
Last Friday my g/f and I were driving down the road when all of a sudden we hear a loud popping/tapping sound. Ended up being a spark plug that blew out.
I was only about 1/2 mile from my house, so I disconnected the Spark plug wire and the fuel injector wire so it would not shoot a flame out of the plug hole. Going up a the small hill to get to my house on 7 cylinders, the car slowley bogged down and died.
The next day I tried to start it and nothing still. Just keeps cranking over. Today I fixed the plug hole and installed a new spark plug and reconnected the plug and injector harness'. Still just cranks and cranks.
I had my g/f turn the key on when i was listening thru the fuel fill hole. I hear the pump go WOO WOO quickly. From the cars ive had in the past it should go WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOp.
Does anyone know how to put constant power to the pump so I can see if its shot. I guess thats the 1st thing to try.
I removed the schrader valve and turned the key to on and it sent fuel out like a fountain. So I take it that the pump is fine.
Thanks for any help in advance. If someone gives me the fix to this problem I will send them $25 as long as they have paypal.

Why is your screen name referenced to a DSM???? what is your other car?? I used to have TSI talon. i loved that car. but the turbo went poop to I traded it in on the car I have now. ..
