I think a 4:10 gear is a little low for the 1/4 anyway. My g/f has them in her 94 gt and right at the end of the 1/8 mile I'm going into fourth gear. I would go with 3:73 in the 1/4 and 4:10+ in the 1/8. You will also need an installation kit for your gear.

upper and lower control arms will help, if you want to lower your car, they say you dont need caster camber plates until ur below 1.5-2 inches, but get them anyway.. subframe connectors are another good mod

aftermarket upper control arms are a bad idea on a mustang. They do a poor job in locating axle movement and axle windup, if your gonna upgrade your control arms only do the lower ones as the stock uppers will bind but are less likely to bind than aftermarket control arms. In any lowering for performance setup I would recommend c/c plates, the 2 biggest is, it will allow you much more flexibility in adjusting your caster/camber/toe of the front tires thus changing the grip characteristics of the front, the other reason is, it will help locate your struts back in the original factory position. Now if your going to lower the car for the sake of lowering it, then by all means skip the caster camber plates. The gears will increase your e/t by the most out of all those, if your looking to increase it more, you're going to have to look into some drag shocks (lakewood makes some great drag equipment) and a nice sturdy LCA.

i just installed those control arms and i noticed better traction specially when turning and when launching the rear end stays planted but it feels like the front end is twisting i guess i need subframe connectors. but yeah do the control arms u wont regret it.
