Mac didnt give me new gaskets, i went and bought fel-pros from autozone which work great, they say use the stock gaskets, but just go and buy new ones for insurence, they are dirt cheap. Yes you need front O2 extensions.

Isthis y some headerbrands only list 99-03 and not 04 cuz of the 02 sensoror is there another reason cuz i am lookin at some headers but they say 99-03 even tho 99-04 is the same body style?

just buy the extensions I can tell you from a tuners point of view that if you use but connectors and extend them your self you are bound to have tuning problems. RPM out let has them all the time and they are cheap. the gasket on the passenger side should be replaced sometimes them stay together but hey it is better to be prepared then not to be. If you don't want to use the extender you can replace the 02s with 24" units they fit fine just for doing that same application. when you use a B connector you are changing the resistant value of the wire due to the added crimp adjuster. Not wise. as for the block gaskets I would use your stock ones but then again I would have some factory replacements just incase laying there. you can buy longer 02 sensors from Auto zone , checker , Napa if you are looking for just the extensions RPMoutlet , PSR , and many others carry such a thing. but for the record I would just buy the longer 02 sensors and be done with it,,Good luck Dan
