I guess I'm the only one that cheated and used a torch to heat them.

Didn't want to fight them. I could have used a breaker, but the torch was there and I am lazy.

And I was too lazy to do it at home so I put it on the lift. There at the shop I have an enormous amount of tools available to me. Then, if something doesn't work, get another tool.

Tell your bro to pick up a 2-3 foot pipe that a wrench will fit into. I tried an air hammer, and all kinds of crap, nothing worked. My buddy brought his jack handle over, slid it on to the wrench and had is loose in 5 seconds. I wasted an hour trying everything except increasing the leverage and torque.
That's what I did to get it to work on my old Mustang. Wasted so much time and then fixed it that easily. Was worth a laugh when we were done, but man was it frustrating.

Didnt get to work on it anymore, had to go to work. But will start back up on it tomorrow. Yea, we probably could have saved some money but its nice to have the right tools to make it easy.

+1 Only way to go. Don't have to make a mess with spraying stuff. When in doubt, heat it up!!!
