Default T-Lok Question

My T-Lok has been acting up lately. It seems as though it has a mind of its own. Last time I was at the track I was only doing one wheel wonders. Other times itll lay down two strips of rubber like it is its job. The car only has 39000 miles on it so I doubt the clutch packs are worn out already. I also jacked one of the back tires off the ground and tried to spin it. There was a fair amount of resistence before it would start to spin. <--Does this still mean its fine, or does it mean its burned up and i need to rebuild it?

Change the fluid and don't forget the friction modifier. If it comes back you will probably have to rebuild the traction-lock.
