Ok guys here is the deal. I was thinking of going supercharged but it turned out to be too expensive. For those of you who dont know I have a 2002 GT, steeda underdrive pulleys, MAC Cold air intake, BBK 70mm Throttle body, steeda timming adjuster, and BAER 13" Front Brake Kit.

What I have decided to change my heads, cams, and anything that needs to be changed when doing this. I woul like you guys to help me with what way to go. What to buy, where to buy, with this build Im also going with an X pipe exhaust, 3.73 gears, and a new clutch. My budget is around 5,000.

you cant find a s/c for $5K...summit has vortech's for $2800 which would end up being the same price for heads and cams after the labor

i hope you meantthat you CAN find a s/c for 5k. Honestly I would put a s/c with low boost and then go back and do all the stuff you listed.

+1 you dont want to try to make an all motor car its gonna be less streetable than a blown one. just get a blower and run low boost and call it a day until you forge the motor. youll make more power with the blower too. get just the head unit for 2X00$, and you can buy all the piping you will need seperately for less than 1000$, then you need injectors and a fuel pump and a tune. you can easily SC your car for 5grand.

I would suggest a paxton novi 2000 and call it a day.

Why are all of you saying he needs to peice it together or buy stupid tuner kits to get FI for under 5K???

Assuming you can install it yourself, and its EASY for someone that has mechanical skills at all, the MPH V2SQ kit is under 4000 shipped to your door... with everything you need including a tune.

If you arn't mechancially inclined... good luck doing a built motor with labor for under 5K. To make it worthwhile at all you need a shortblock and thats at least 3K alone, plus the H/C/I... and install??? forget it.

I little detail I forgot to mention is that I live in Puerto Rico, shipping cost are a bit tight so I need a place that I can order, with good shipping.

I already have to change the heads because one of them is damaged. If I have 5k, can anyone tell me what to buy and where to buy. I wante dto buy a twin screw supercharger but they are way to expensive.
