Default Thowout bearing noise

I have a noisy throwout bearing in neutral. I stops with feather lightpressure on the clutch pedal. Do I need a new TOB or just a cable adjustment?? I pulled the clutch pedal up but it seems to be in correct adjustment. I believe these are automatic adjusters. The reason this is even in question and I haven't replaced it already is because the clutch assembly is only 5 months old. Also, is an aftermarket quadrant worth it? I don't really understand the benefit they give..? Any advice or suggestions?

throwout bearing is bad, there should be no noise no matter what.

just did the rear seal. and think ill leave the pilot bearing, i couldn't imagine that going in 5 months. Id rather not pull the clutch if I don't have to.

Not a bad idea to upgrade your quadrant and put in a firewall adjuster
