Default cel eliminators

has anybody heard of using spark plug non foulers as cel eliminators.

It's an old trick that had a 50-50 chance of working on older cars--with newer computers I'd give it 20-80 chance...

Eh I dunno about those things, if your trying to get past your cel cheaply, I'd say make your own MIL eliminators, its really really cheap and a piece of cake. Cliffyk, the poster above me, click on the link in his sig and scroll down you will see DIY MIL on the side. I followed that and mine work great. GoodLuck

A '96 Mustang is a "newish"car, the EEC-IV system has a 50/50 chance of being tricked by the 18mm anti-fouling plug extenders. Just make the $5 MIL eliminators and there's a 100% chance they will work...

did you have to use a low heat soldering iron to solder the connections, or did you use a regular soldering iron...i dont want to ruin the resistor and capacitor.
