Springs/shock/strut question for 98 GT Vert

Springs/shock/strut question for 98 GT Vert
I have a question i cant seem to find an answer to. I see alot of different spring/strut/shock combos out there, some say they are good for 83-04, 83-93, etc. and for coupe/convertible. I understand that the Vert is heavier, thus the difference in spring rate for the drop. But here are my real questions:
- Can i in fact use Fox springs on my 98 GT, are they indeed universal? Does this go for shocks/struts as well?
- Can i use coupe springs on my Vert? Will it lower it more?
