Default Power gains? & Sound level?

What kind of gains can I expect from a set of long tubes paired with a shorty catted h-pipe?

Also will they be a huge sound increase over stock (I do have flow 44's)? I don't want to be getting sh*t from town cops or not be able to hold a conversation in my car.

i switched to an H pipe from an X when i did my long tubes, in all honesty i think it got a bit more quiet at crusing speed. My friend Installed long tubes with a shorty X pipe with SLP LM2's and i think his got a bit more quiet at crusing speed (anyone else experience this??) At WOT its loud as all hell though.
