Default Anti-seize compound on tri-ax?

The installation instructions for the triaxsay that youre supposed to put some anti-seize compound on the handle if you use an aluminum shift ****. but should you also use it on the bolts that hold the shifter onto the transmission? since the bolts are stainless steel, and the trans is made out of what looks to be aluminum?
