99 cobra will not idle

my 99 cobra has an intermittin problem. It will not start or idle after sitting for some time. I have to feather the pedal to start or maintain idle. TPS is good. Where to go next?

how long does it sit for?
check the charge on your battery. also you IAC could be stuck or sticking

+1 battery--- my car did some wierd sh$t when the battery took a dump..

The problem is more prevalent in the cold, I store the vehicle for winter. If the car sits long enough for the motor to get cold, the problem comes back. It goes away after the motor gets hot. After reviewing the forum on similar problems, I think the IAC is sticking. How do I locate the IAC? Thank you for the help!
