01 GT Vert - Break 300HP?

01 GT Vert - Break 300HP?
What modifications would be necessary to break a 300HP mark at the crank? Not power-adders like nitrous, blowers, or turbos. Is this attainable and reasonable to do? Should I just spend/save my money for a SC? Thanks

Mac Ceramic Long Tube Headers
Shorty Catted H Pipe
Spec Stage 2 Clutch
JLT CAI
SCT Live wire tune ( will get dyno tuned)
Spec Stage 2 Clutch
Motive 4.10 Gears with Duragrip Posi Trac
should put me over 300 then a
100 shot of juice
