Default What is my problem, please help

I have a 2001 GT, I parked it for the winter. Right before i parked it I took out my diablosport tuner. I had a half tank of 93 octane and I added stabalizer to the tank. A few weeks back I fired it up and it was not happy. I drained out the gas and filled it back up. Also added fuel system cleaner. Since then I have changed my spark plugs and changed my fuel filter. My car just wont run right and the check ungine light keeps coming on. It is pulling codes 181, 7E5, and one other I cant remember. I did a lot of searching and cant find anyone who knows what they mean. I found what 181 means but it doesnt mean anything to me. The car is idleing very hard and there seems to be a vibration. When I get on the gas it seems to run fine but at low gear it doesnt want to run. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

plug the tuner back in and reset it to stock... let the computer do it's think on 87 octane, then try the tune again after a few tanks.

Did the battery die during storage?

I have it to stock right now. I sold my tuner becauseI was going to buy a different one but I havent yet. I was wondering if having the tune in the car for almost a year and now trying to run on stock is that confusing the computer. The 181 code means it running lean. When I had the tune in I had the fuel increased as well as the timing. The battery did not die over the winter. It fired right up when I started it for the first time.
