impaled

for those of you following my previous posts, it is the intake manifold that is cracked and the head gaskets are fine, so i am going to eplace the intake and sell it. and in order to sell it, i want the drivers door to open

my drivers door lock cylinder is messed up and i my key wont go in or open it (i thinksomebody tried to break in and steal my system). i called advance and they for some reason cant get them. i called ford and they are $70 plus they have to be pinned by a locksmith. and that is more than i want to spend.

so is there any reason i couldnt swap the pasenger side door lock with the one on the drivers side?
