sorry dude, hate to break it to you, but seller did nothing wrong. Anytime you buy anything at any type of auction, it's AS IS, especially with there being no warranty written, stated, or implied.

If your not displeased with the car, then you really can't do anything because you aren't out any money. If he had said the car was stock but you found nitrous lines, you might have some leverage, but not because of an accident.

If there's nothing wrong with the car, just leave it alone, your just going to create a lot of issues by trying to get your money back if there's nothing wrong with the car. He said the car has a clean title, which it obviously does, leave him alone.

^ + 1, I was going to say exactly that, if it's not a salvage title then the damage was minor and probably properly repaired.

My '03 had the passenger side dorr replaced because of a parking lot gash when the 1st owner had it--the 2nd owner (I am the third) had photos owner 1 had provided.

CarFax listed the damage as moderate/severe, which is complete rubbish but it makes their report appear to have more value...

Seller has no obligation to you to disclose how many owners the car had. He could have been just going off of what the previous owner told him and never did a carfax himself. It's your responsibility to look into those matters. It's your responsibility to make sure the car is in satisfactory condition, which means taking it to a professional mechanic before purchasing the car, if necessary.

Clear title and accident free are two different things.... if the car isn't jacked - get over it
