hey whats up i have an 01 gt ive had a cylinder 1 misfire for awhile now i currently have a brand new plug and coil on that cylinder and the trouble code is back again. the cars running fairly crappy studdery take offs and just not there like it should be i also replace the idle air control as well im thinking fuel injector next any one out there have any suggestions. before i light this thing on fire lol. also this isnt a constant thing it does have its time that it runs great but more bad than good.

i had the same thing happen changed wires and it gone!

i bet it is the fuel injector i had the same problem and just swapped out my injectors and the problem is gone

Try swapping the injector to another cylinder and see if the misfire follows it
