Mu mustang is doing the exact same thing. about an 1/2 inch to an inch higher on the passenger side with no one in it. I'm going tonight to readjust the springs properly in hope it works. If not I'm doing away with the H&R sport springs.

Shocks and struts have nothing to do with ride height. There is something wrong with your springs. Get a fat girlfriend to ride around with you to level the car out.

Went in and redid the springs. They literally have to sit Perfect to be aligned. Mine is still a little higher on the passenger side by less than a 1/2 inch. But measure a stock mustang height and it's not necessarily perfect either.
