Default Sniper Tuning Results, (Dyno)

Well I just got back from Vendicated Tuning, the guys there were pretty cool. Just thought I'd post up for you guys to compare. They were both done on a DynoJet, they are different shops though so you can take it with a grain of salt, only reason why the shops were different were due to the first shop only doing SCT tuning and the second a Delta/Sniper tuning shop. Neither shop knew I was gonna be doing a comparison.

This first one is from my sct xcal2, the tune came from Justin at VMP, the baseline was his unedited performance 91 tune, the 2nd is adjusted as his tune was a bit on the lean side.

Vid:

Result:

Mods: JLT RAI, SLP Catted-X, and SLP LMI Catback.

Sniper Tuning/Delta Tuning, Baseline is the tune I made on my own with the commando software, I had some issues with the spedometer being messed up but Billy (tuner) helped me fix it and loaded it in for the baseline. Second and third are tweaked a bit, I'm currently running on the third tune.
Vid:

Result:

Better pic of dyno sheet.
Mods: JLT RAI, SLP Catted-X, and SLP LMII Cat-Back.

Just thought I'd share.

I'm pretty happy with the numbers I've got, not really huge into the dyno thing, just needed a dyno to get my tune correct heh.

lols, sorry guys, I was holding the camera. Photobucket cut part of the vid off and my arm got tired as this is like the 5th pull/final pull (reason why its shaky + turned camera)

The numbers surprised me alot, wasn't expecting so much of a gain, even though I know the numbers themselves mean nothing, I was actually expecting lower numbers heh.

You shouldnt be surprised.. Sniper gives you way more adjustability.

I was skeptical, especially with the baseline tune that I made myself.

+1 for sniper!
+1 for great power for your mods

Did you use SF or Commando? I used SF when I did my 4v swap and it was crazy simple and had a million options compared to some of the SCT tuners I've used. I wish I could've afforded Commando though....

How come you did a dyno tune vs a street tune? I have yet to understand why so many people do dyno tunes over street tunes....

I used the commando software, I did a dyno because I couldn't figure out how to fix the problems I had so I brought it over to vendicated to help me out. I'm very happy with it, I can't wait till I can afford a possible 4v swap^^.
