Default exhaust question

Im about to buy a mac h pipe and cat back, i know I'll need MIL sims, but is there anything else I'll need thats not included with what mac will give me. Its for an 02 GT, stock manifolds.

Shouldn't be...the only other thing would be O2 extensions, but I believe that only 04 GT's need these.

That should be it so as long as Mac gives you new hardware with it since some of your old stuff you wont want to re-use.

Yup...patience....a big can of PB Blaster or WD-40, swivel socket and extensions. That passenger side is a bitch.

lol yeah I'm not so excited for the install, I got a couple of buddies who are gonna help me out. I put pipes on my lightning, and that was a major bitch even though I had access to a full garage. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

save yourself alot of trouble and buy a tuner. you will want it in the future anyways.

you don't need a tuner for an o/r pipe. Buy the MIL eliminators or make your own.

If inspection people really want to get you, they can see if a code has been cleared recently (on startup from a tuner) and fail you for emissions for that reason.

OP be ready for a 1-3 week waiting list for MAC exhaust. Thats BEFORE shipping. Depends on how lucky you are.
