http://www.jegs.com/p/Aeromotive/Aer...50073/10002/-1

Just wanted to make sure this is the fuel pump I need to purchase for the Build, lizzyfan was helping me out and just before I purchase a $320 fuel pump, want to make sure this 100% the one i need. I am going forced induction with a D1sc procharger, forged internals, port/polish intake and heads, cams, LT's etc, pretty much the whole works. Hoping to keep it around no more than 600rwhp. figure this is the pump i need?

you have the aeromotive pump controller, sumped tank, aftermarket lines, regulator, rails and everything to make it work?

no i do not, as far as i know, i need a fuel pump that pushes alot of fuel, i know i'll have to get better fuel rails, which was after the injectors... do i have to have a sumped tank for this? and do they have to be directly compatible lines and rails for the fuel pump, or will like the BBK's AM sells work with this? Basically i have some money, looking to spend it on the build, first thing first, fuel, i was told aeromotive pump is what i needed, thats the one i saw pushing the amount of HP safely for a price. Injectors and fuel rails are next, edelbrock 60# jectors and the BBk rails.. should i be going a different route?

well if you need a fuel system good up to 1000rwhp the a1000 will get you there as long as you have all the necessary supporting mods to run it. any aftermarket rails will work, you just ahve to get the right fittings to connect them to the lines. Thats an expensive fuel system to get it done right, and yes it will work but there are other and cheaper options out there if your just looking for 600whp. You can keep the stock tank and just do dual walbro 255 pumps with a nice regulator and probably be fine

alright, cool man, now can you send me a link to where i can find those parts? dual walbro, which if i remember correctly are 255LPH, will i have to do anything special to make it dual? or will it come ready to install? if you have a cheaper option by all means lemme know, i'm not looking for anything close to 1000hp. if i get to 600 i'd be suprised, want this to be a DD

You can go with the dual 255's as I told you before but your still gonna need to upgrade the fuel lines, rails if you want to support 600

lethal perf has a fuel line/rail upgrade kit for like $480 i think. Comes with the lines, FORE rails(which are sexy!!), aeromotive 10 micron filter, and all the necessary fittings. well worth it and it, and it takes all the guess work out of finding/figuring out what fittings you need.

Dont forget you will need a upgraded FPDM or a MDM if you plan to use a BAP.
