Sounds like a bad starter solenoid to me. BTW has this starter been swaped out before and what brand?

New battery could be discharged, but if it is that may indicate an alternator problem. Did you drive it a bit after putting the new battery in the car? Check battery voltage if you have a meter, and I am thinking it is low. Low voltage and cranking amps will cause a clicking noise. Good luck.

well I installed the new battery after the problem. I did not replace the starter but I did remove it because I replace the cultch not long ago... yesterday I turned the car on by pushing it(standard tranny) drove around town came back turn the car off and when I wanted to turn it back on the same clicking noice and no start, I guess I am going to push started from now on when ever I want to turn the car on lol

Without you checking things out you will never know what the problem is. First check the voltage at the battery then check it on both sides of the solenoid this will narrow down your problem.
