Default Polishing Crank

I'm having my block honed and hot-tanked next week and was curious if I should also get the crank polished for ~37 dollars. I am re-using my stock crank and the car has circa 70k miles on it. The bearings I bought are said to polish the journals on the crank and am hesitant if this will do anything as well.

Any opinions?

If done properly allows for smoother revs especially at higher rpms.
