Can you measure the distance from very back of hood, where it meet black plastic to the back of your hood scoop? I've been searching and come up with difference measurements. I would like to get an average from multiple measurements, if not all the same. Thanks!!

Its like 5 1/4 from the middle of the hood to the middle of the scoop. This is just measuring the hood not the plastic. Also the hood had a lip that I measured from the closet lower edge not the top edge.

Thanks ct. I was trying to explain to the ford body shop how to install it if they could do it, but they chickened out and said we'll just paint it for you. I'm assuming they didn't wanna be responsible for not doing it right.
