A/C Fan not turning on

A/C Fan not turning on
Hi All,
Was hoping someone could help me out here. Last my wife drove through some water. When I started the car this morning, a 96 Ford Mustang, the heater/AC fan wouldn't turn on. I checked the fuses. They were fine. Next I checked online and managed to find a schematic of the Heater/AC wiring. It looks to me that the next things to check would be the blower motor and blower switch. ( Correct me if I am wrong!!). Anyways, my question is, where are these parts located and what is the best way to test them.
