Alright. I was reving it up under the hood, and it was getting to 3K-3.5K and wasn't sticking at all. It only does it when I'm driving.

I went out there and messed with it. Its still pretty strong, doesn't seem lose or anything at all.

Sounds like the cable is binding. Get yourself a new throttle cable. They are cheaper than an IAC too lol.

Order it from Ford. Was cheaper and will get it sooner than LMR ( Shipping was $15!! )

Well, I got it and put it on and everything. The RPMs are still sticking, now when I downshift they wont go down, they will just go up 1-2K higher and stick. Any other ideas? I guess I'll run by a old friend and see what he says.
