Unhappy Magnaflow X Pipe Help :/

Hey guys I found the X pipe I want to go with. I am sorry for the newbie question but, will this just bolt up to a stock setup? http://www.americanmuscle.com/1999-2...ted-xpipe.html.

Also does this sound like a fair price... thanks in advance

Mark

yeah should be a direct bolt up, as far as the price goes, you can find some cheaper, but the point it is magnaflow... it all depends on the brand you want to go with.. magnaflow, pypes, bbk, slp, mac, etc. One thing to consider that i found myself into recently, is if your going to buy long tube headers... that will not work. So if you think your never gunna put headers on it, go ahead and get the long x pipe, if you are... mine as well wait and get those, and the short x pipe. more hp that way. you can get bbk's for 3 something, long tube headers for 5 something.. just some ideas, good luck, and to reinterate, price isn't bad, and it will just go right it, with a little persausion

Not pushing you towards mac, but on the h pipe I bought from mac, if I want to go with long tubes later, I can simply remove a piece on the mid-pipe and LT headers will then work! Good luck!

Edit; $500 for a mid-pipe is on the expensive side..

Thanks for the tips guys... I was looking at doing Borla Stingers Catback. If I buy this mid pipe wouldnt I still be able to throw on headers that fit this pipe?
