Default it just wont stop !!

first i fix the headers in the drivers side because there was a leak..... then this code show up.... i changed the egr senser and still not gone... i changed the egr valve and still the code shows up !! how ever i found that they cut the EGR pype/tube i dont know what they call which is this :

so i bought new one to replace it, after they done working i start the car to check it and all of sudden new code came up ! beside the old one (p0401) and the air bag light flashing ! the code is P1401: DPF EGR Sensor Circuit High input... what the hell caused this problem ?? and how to fix it??

Cut the end of the EGR that connects to the headers, weld the open end you cut close and put it on the header. Block off the EGR from the plenum and you have no codes, but even better. A nice ripe smelling machine.

then get a tuner that gives you the option to turn off the EGR, like Delta Force's Special Forces

check the high temp hoses that connect to the DPFE sensor itself, sometimes they can be cracked and leak....this sometimes will throw a DPFE sensor code when the hoses themselves are broken, cracked, etc etc. You can get them from a local ford dealer by length you need (high temp hose) the ford basic number should be 9P761 if you need them.

Default it just wont stop !! Part 2

as my pre-thread , every time i solve a problem, a new code arrive, this happend after i fix a leak in the pasenger side headers, so now theres the P0136 : o2circuit ( bank1, sensor 2)

1. why this code appear?
2. where does this sensor locate?
3. if i replace it , does it solve the problem?
