I like mine, they seem to be very good quality especially for the price. My settings are for the strip, so I doubt they will help out much. They are adjustable, so you can find a setting that works best for you. Everyone has a different idea of the perfect ride, so it's probably not in your best interet to just go off what someone else prefers.

You can check out my garage for a full list of mods. For power, I really don't have much at all, just a very mild set of cams for an N/A setup and a handful of bolt-ons. IF I was staying N/A, I would definitely go with a more aggressive set of cams, a set of LTs and an off road pipe. My built bottom end has lower than stock compression too. Too bad I was only able to cut 1.8s on my broken suspension at the time of that run. I would have been able to see mid 12s with that same trap speed. I'm hoping to get the car back to the track soon now that the majority of the kinks are worked out in the suspension.

Well, if I'm not going to the track would I be better off getting a set of non adjustable struts n shocks.
Do you have any recomendations?
