Default Widest Tire on stock wheel?

this is the wheel type:



What is the widest tire I can fit on there?
I was considering a Toyo DR thats 275/40-17

Not everybody has 13'' wide rear rims. He can run a 275 on that wheel and be fine. 245s just look dumb dude and you know it.

245 is the recommended tire size but a lot of people run 275s. I think thats a bit too wide for a 17x8 wheel but its an ongoing argument a lot of people here have so you'll hear both sides.

i have 275's on 9" rims and they bow quite a bit, i wouldnt dare want tires like that on a rim 1" slimmer. 245 is the most i would go... period.

275 nitto will bow alittlee bit, but a 275 goodyear or BFG would be bowing a good amount.... Idk you should be in the safe...

I had 275's on my stock wheels, they bowed quite a bit and I could feel them roll sometimes around turns.

your rims are 17x9's tho im pretty sure dude...

they are 16x8 or 17x9 IIRC
