What kind of brakes do I have? (possibly a problem?)

I've noticed on my car, that when I floor the brake, I can hear a sound like air rushing through something. Are these just vented brakes or something, or do I have some kind of problem?

Pretty sure my car makes a noise too when I push the pedal all the way down. Stop pushin em all the way down lol
