dont waste your money on a Cam or pushrods. Just get an F1-R procharger, as long as you stay over 15psi your car will be fine, dont tune it though.
Seriously though, our cars are Over head cam cars. we dont have push rods, we have lifters. and we have 2 cams. do a search for what cams/company are the best. it isnt hard.

Um... pushrod motors have lifters. OHC motors have hydraulic lash adjusters. They don't ride on the cam like a lifter does. They go into a bore into the head. The cam followers (the rocker arm of an OHC motor) sit on top of the valve spring retainer and the lash adjuster, and the cam rides along top of the follower.

And it is kind of a neat design, but I really think OHV is better. It's simpler, cheaper, and less things to break. Not just from a performance view, just in general.
