I agree with these guys, although with your weight reduction it might do a little better than i think.

I choose the Vic jr because i had a Vortec Super charger on the stock motor, i plan on installing it on this motor next year. I argee, i'm convinced its lacks low rpm torque.

Well as much as i hate to admit it, i ran the car without a custom dyno tune, only a custom mail order tune, i was i little disapointed with a 12.119 @ 111.44 considering the weight of the car, tires & suspension and a 1.647 60 ft. i thought it would run 0.1-0.3 tenths quicker. I realize i should've waited to have it tuned on the dyno, hopefully its not too late. I was wondering if the tune is hurting the car, it doesn't run that well under 2500 rpm and i've had a couple of codes. Does anyone know if i can cut 0.1-0.3tenths off the 12.119 time with a custom duno tune?
Update
Now I feel like sh!d, I installed the cams and ran this car for 4 months and made 5 1/4 miles passes with the left cam installed 180* off. It seems like nothings wrong with the motor. I took everything apart to reinstall the cams. Will this make a big difference? ?

Actually that might make a big difference. Back when i was just bolt ons only (no cams, headers, or nitrous) and had a mail order tune, i put down 260 rwhp. Well when i did the nitrous i decided to get a custom dyno tune, and even though my n/a numbers were still the same 260 rwhp at the time., the car ran noticeably better. It was faster at WOT, had better throttle response, etc...

So my point is, in your case (having a full HCI setup) you should benefit from one far more than i did at the time with just bolt ons.

That's just my opinion.

I hope it does make a significant difference.

I almost forgot to mention i have a SCT tuner, the tune i have has 20 degrees of timing at WOT, seems a way too low for a built motor. I hope it does make a difference, i sure hate to spin $500. in get minimal gain.
