Default Weird Ticking only under load!WITH VIDEO!!! sorry no 3d... sad :(

Alright not trying to over post or get people to figure things out for me, as i think its an exhaust leak that i have, somewhere...or valve chatter... or plug? also i want to see if it will post videos on this forum. Multiple Experimentation!!!

<iframe width="560" height="349" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/OHA4dr0aCho" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Okay so accentually whats going on is im getting this ticking noise only when the motor is under load, while moving. If i sit in neutral and rev, no noise. and it only when im on more then 1/4 or half throttle.

So what do your keen ears hear?

Oh the Mach has bbk off road x-pipe, magnaflow catback, jlt ram air intake and sct bama tune street.

I'm thinking exhaust flange, right side, passenger side meeting from the exhaust manifold to x pipe.

Maybe I'm just tired cuz I just got of a long night of work, But it sounds like a blown out flowmaster trying to climb 5th gear with 2:73's. lol. Let us know what midas tells you, other than they want your arm and leg just for looking at your car.

Well back from Midas, they claim I do t have an exhaust leak. And that it's my clutch bearing making the ticking noise. Does that sound right? I have seen a few threads with similar issues but no solution.

Lol on the flowmasters, actually I had flowmaster on the car when I bought it, and yes they were blown out.

So i just crawled back under the car to check for leaks, there still there and not hard to notice... Knew i shouldn't have gone there. and they said i don't have any exhaust leaks. pluss i had to pay them for them to tell me that... So im not taking that its the clutch bearing needs to be replaced.

Guess my next step is to get a refund back for the "exhaust leak inspection" that was never done. Guess you shouldn't trust a place whose staff is younger then me.

Then on to another shop and see what they recommend.

How about EGR Valve? ford dealership said it could be, but I'm not throwing a code. But the thats something I can replace myself. I'm thinking about doing this over the weekend.

of course, I could do an EGR delete, make adjustments with my tuner. But I'm not to sure on that since there seems to be a constant argument whether removing the egr valve it ruins gas milage, some says it improves gas and mpg.
