^^^This^^^ I heard synthetic is bad for break in too,that you should only use dino oil.
make sense because dino oil been used for years to break in motors where synthetic is fairly new.

The "must use dino oil" break-in myth has as much truth to it as the old "must use non-detergent oil" myth from the 60s and 70s. Consider that many newer cars come from the factory with synthetic oil--this assumes of course that the engine was re-built (mostly the honing of the bores and fitting of the pistons/rings) by a reputable shop...
