I've bought similar ones when I had my '00.
They are fine. Just be sure to run a bead of clear silicone (Permatex flowable windshield silicone) where the headlight lens meets the headlight housing to seal it properly. Most often, inexpensive aftermarket headlights are not sealed in very well and tend to let water in.
The silicone fixes that before it becomes an issue. Otherwise, feel free to buy them.

I have the same ones also. I agree with everyone else.. They really aren't sealed very well so most def buy some type of sealant if not you'll get water or condensation in the inside of them.

I also have some similar. When I bought car the dealer said they had been stolen and he had purchased new ones. He mentioned ebay so I think they are similar to the ones you are looking at. Had few days of rain since purchase and no issues with seals.

The lenses are clear on my--nothing to lose in that regard, the reflectors are also well designed with good light patterns on both low and high beam, I would not hesitate to but them again.
I too have not had any water intrusion or condensation problems. With regard to the latter they are vented just like the OEM housings, both to equalise pressure and vent off water vapour created by the heat of the lamps.
BTW, last weekend my brother (retired for a several years now) was bragging that his '99 GT is always garaged and never driven in the rain. I told him that since I have been retired (a year this month) my '03 has been garaged--and ONLY driven in the rain, as I ride my bike everywhere now.
I checked and found that I only drove it only 750 miles last year, when it rains and now and then just out for a drive to keep it in good shape.
