Question 00 GT, Squeaking sound under motor when cold?

Recently when I start the car after it's been sitting overnight I can hear a squeaking sound from under the motor, I thought it was a lose belt at first but you can't really hear it above the engine or near the pulleys. The sound goes away after about 2 minutes of idling but I'm a bit concerned what it might be?

The motor has 94K miles and is stock other than a JLT CAI and Centerforce dual friction clutch (clutch is about 4 years old now).

I uploaded an mp3 sound clip of the noise, the sound of the motor is a bit loud but the squeaking can be heard in the background, Any ideas appreciated!

The same thing tends to happen to mine after it rains or on a cold day. I want to say it's the serpentine belt and it just needs replacing.

I wish it was the serpentine belt (Replaced it last year) I noticed yesterday morning if I press the clutch pedal in the noise goes away completely... Looks like my throwout bearing is going bad
