Sounds like to oil pump to me.

I say the blowing off filter problem is the press relief on the pump which would require replacement of the entire pump... pump is $56.87 through ford and is an 8 hour job......the#6, #7 oil on plug problem shouldn't be related to the pump and would suggest worn rings.... <edited><editID>Black Horse</editID><editDate>37972.772037037</editDate></edited>

Well Oil pressure no clue, the mark VIII dosen't have an oil pressure guage....Im guessing the oil pump too...but for the reason that it isnt starting now is what really makes me wonder...Like I said plugs 6-7 where full of oil..Im thinking of doing a compression check on all the clyinders..if it is the rings..o man im not excited about that
