Default Procharger Stage 2 Intercooled or Kenne Bell 2.6L

I cant decide which supercharger to put on my 4.6l. I've never had a supercharger before and I could kick my own *** for not buying a Cobra. Which one will give me more power and do they both make that whining sound? I love that!

The whining sound is going to come from a top mount supercharger like a kenne bell or a whipple. A centrifugal is going to have more of a whistle noise. Power wise? It really depends on how much money you spend going either centrifugal or roots style. You could probably get just as much power with either one. I would say its cheaper to go centrifugal. Correct me if I'm wrong. Theres so many kits out there now a days.

Where do you want to feel your power at? It really boils down to that. If you want your power from low to mid RPM's which you'll feel more around town than go with the Kenne Bell. If you want your car to act normal around town and have power for the highway and more drag strip than go with the procharger. The Kenne Bell can be used for the strip as well but it's harder to put that power to the ground when it's all down low and I like the fact that the procharger is self contained so I don't have to punch a hole in my oil pan and if there's something wrong with the engine than there's something wrong, ONLY WITH THE ENGINE but to each his own. It's a matter of taste from here.

Its centrifical not centrifugal, all top mount blowers aren't roots style, in this case kenne bell and whipples are twin screw type blowers not roots type.

Not exactly, my procharger p600b made 420 on 8psi on a long tube factory long block 97 cobra engine. A good friend of mine has the same setup with the 97 cobra kenne bell setup and meth injection and hes making 413 on 10psi.

No, it is most definitely centrifugal. That is all.
