Speed Recalibrator from Ford Racing

Speed Recalibrator from Ford Racing
Does anyone know how to set up the dials inside the Ford Racing Speedo Recalibrator?
I am about to swap the always failing T45 for a TR3650 on my 98 GT.
The new transmission has an OSS which has an output of around 32K pulses per mile, while the old T45 has the VSS with an output of 8K pulses per mile.
I bought a Ford Racing speedo recalibrator to solve the signal issue, and after reading all the instructions I found online (including the Ford Racing site), and the ones that came in the little box I found no reference on how to set up the dials inside the box to reduce the output in 1/4 of the OSS output (75% reduction).
Also: what is the proper mount for this transmission, with the old cross-member support (the 99 and newer GTs have the support and brace incorporated in one unit)?
Thanks for the advice.

Thank you. I called the Ford Racing customer support number and the answer was as simple as I thought it would be: each dial correspond to a digit on the #.## ratio format. For example, if you replace the gears from 3.27 to 3.74 ratio, you will need to do the following adjustment:
3.27/3.73=0.88 (rounded)
In the dials, point the arrow as you most likely figured out:
First:0
Second=8
Third=
3.27/3.73=0.88 (rounded)
In the dials, point the arrow as you most likely figured out:
First:0
Second=8
Third=
