Hard to answer tire question!
Does anyone know how much power this tire can hold on the street without spinning tires?

Before when I was at 383rwtq the nitto 555R's held up perfectly with no wheel spin in 1st gear (stock rear end gears still). Now that I'm at 453rwtq 1st and 2nd spin out. I have a full drag suspension with adjustable upper and lower control arms. Anyone know what's the limit on these tires before they start to spin? Anyone's help is always greatly appreciated.

Wanna say I've heard those have a little more grip than 555R's, but personally I can't say for sure.
At 453rwtq, you're probably not gonna find anything for the street that won't spin. If you look up an compare the specs on that tire to 555R or whatever, look at the treadwear number. The lower the number, the softer the rubber compound - given equal tread pattern which also plays a huge role, softer rubber will grip better.
In terms of tread pattern those MT's look pretty similar to 555's. If the treadwear rating between the two is similar then I would expect similar performance. I've heard good things about NT01R and NT05R with guys running high hp/tq like you, so you may want to look into those as well.

If you look up the specs in that link you posted then you'll see all the specs. That should give you a good idea. You can then compare it to other tire specs. I tend to think the Michelin Pilot SS tires are probably around the best you can get for the street. They come on the Viper I think. A set of 4 will probably cost around $1500. But they're pretty darn good tires. I just put Continental DSWs on my Camaro SS which has about 450 rwhp and those tires hold up really good. Every now and then I try to do a burn out and the tires just grab and go. If they were a Summer tire then they would be even better.

Those MT street radials do hook a lot harder than nt555'rs but they also have less than half the tread life, somewhere between 3000 to 5000. Pretty much the only street legal tire that hooks harder are the Hoosier drag radials but they have even less tread life.
On a stick car though increasing your side wall flex also makes a big difference.
Guys with stick cars are running the MT 275/60R15's (28" tall) and MT275/50R15's (26" tall) to get the better side wall flex that lessens the shock to the tread at the hit.
So it depend how hard you want to hook. The MT you originally mentioned would be a big step forward, the 15"s would be even better on your stick car.
Are you seeing spin and wheel hop now or just spin?
What size nt555r do you have now and what tire pressure are you running?

I actually have the UPR drag suspension set up with adjustable upper and lower control arms. Do you by chance know how much power I can put to the ground without getting any wheel spin even from a dead stop? Just HOOK and GO!?

That's a nice run but the launch at the hit looks soft and the 60' time is slow for the ET.
For that MPH I'd expect a 60' in the 1.5 range or so and an ET of around 10.5 or so.
I'm assuming you were feathering the throttle in first gear?
If you use full throttle in first gear do you spin or get both spin and wheel hop?
