Default traction control

I have an 02 mustang with an 03 engine. In order to drive the car over 40 the traction control must be turned off and the car still stalls at high speeds.

Well the traction control does not cause and engine to stall out, it basically just kills power by turning off spark/fuel momentarily to half the injectors/coils.

Have the codes checked via OBDII scanner.
