Until you replace the bad o2 sensor, the code will keep coming back. As for which one, did your diablo come with a book or on-screen code descriptions? I have an Actron pocketscan and my book describes the codes. I would go get it and let you know, but it's in my car and it's snowing like hell outside. No way I'm going out there until it stops.

the MIL only works for the after cat sensors. you have to keep working upstream sensors in. both mine were fried along with my ignition problems, and running lean on bank one i still made 297 rwhp in 106 degree heat!!!

wonder what she'll put down now?

P0161 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater circuit fault - Bank No. 2. ( rear passenger side) i a new one would cost about $70, and i'd replace the other one as well, it may not be far behind. the plug in MIL's are about 60 or so, can be had on ebay. and will also be the only thing you can use if you get an o/r x pipe. so win/win situation there.
