as far as nos goes... i know it better to do some internal work to get it too perform at its best.... but just how bad is it for the motor (stock) if you run a good shot of nos (75.. 100... 125...) cause i would like to just do full bolt on and get nos ... but i dont know how much the engine can take and for how long....

If you are auto, then full bolt ons will not get you above 300whp. If you want all motor I would do cams, heads, stall if you are auto, and exhaust. You are going to have trouble finding LT headers that will fit if you are auto. You should still be able to get into the 12s all motor with full bolt ons, heads, cams.
Please tell me you're joking, damn that sucks. I have an auto, and I figured it would be a little harder than if I had a stick. Everything is pointing towards the SC except my wallet. Now I have doubts if I should put so much money into since it sounds like that's a hard route to follow. You would think 70 or 80 more hp wouldn't be so hard to get with. Why did ford make the 3-valve so late.[sm=boohoo.gif]
DuckyGT has some BBK LT's on his auto car.. but i think he had to move something for it to fit in perfect?

blowers dont really need that much work to the motor... new injectors (easy), new fuel pump (easy), a clutch if you feel like replacing it but the stock should hold it, a custom tune on a dyno, tapping the oil pan if its not a procharger, new MAF for the injectors, few feet of vaccum line, couple gauges to make sure the engine is running good, new synthetic oil, spacer in the radiator hose. its not really much work at all... once i had the pan tapped and wires run, it took me 4 hours.
