you can fix the power issue man... the 99+ have the pi cylinder heads. Alot of people either swap the heads, or find alternative solutions. yes, the 99+ mustangs have more power, but its these heads which make the difference, the block is just as capable.

I am getting ready to do a PI swap, and have spent under $1000 on everything including gaskets and shipping. Find a good set of used heads and a used mainfold, call randy at liberty ford, and he will set you up with what you need.
