ive seen a 97 gt dyno at 230 with heads alot, so imma guess like 240-260
I don't think he has a prayer of 260 without full exaust.

I would guess something right around 245 or so RWHP. The cams are gonna help out, but the exaust is gonna be a big deal with the cams.

Do you have any of the intake boltons done?

I think you will see 270-280 if you do full exhaust.

I have steeda U/D and a K&N FIPK sitting in my room that I havent installed yet. But no T/B or Plenum, I have been looking aroung on ebay and the classifieds to try and find them used for cheap. BUT, Im not doing anything to the exhaust til after I get all this engine work done. ill prolly go with BBK LTs, BBK o/r x-pipe, and magnapacks-that too will all be done at the same time

in muscle mustangs and fast fords they were testing the tb/plenium on our years of cars and the gains we kinda lousy. maybe you could get a midpipe instead. it showed the best gains of around 10-12hp and the catback was around 4hp. good luck

i could get a midpipe however i would just end up having to replace anyway. the midpipe for LTs is different than midpipe for the stock headers, and I am planning on getting LTs so that would be a waste of money.

doing cams or doing full exhaust? so you are going to have your heads off and everything but then pass up a perfect opp to put in cams, so you can do exhaust. i dont get that. i know that my car will be bogged down by my ehxuast when i first finish the engine work, but as soon as i do tackle the exhaust the gains should increase ten fold. and then when you want to put cams in you will have to go back into the engine, hmmmm.... not too smart if you ask me.

Pi Heads and Intake, VT stage 1 cams... all going in at the same time. what do you think the HP gain will be on that with a good test and tune and reburn of my diablo chip
It's hard to say, most people who do cams have full exhaust and other bolt ons, but it'll probably still provide a net gain for you of at least 15rwhp, maybe even 20rwhp. So, probably around 245-255 is my guess.
