of course long tubes, but if you already have an aftermarket H or X pipe set up for shorties then you may have to customize it.........also if your car is lowered too much you may encounter problems with leaving pieces of the long tube on the road..go for the long ones........

ive heard headers actually make it so u dont have enough backpressure and lose power for the mod motor, is this true?

Oh yeah, a good set of shorties will improve performance. Anyone that looks at those crimped stock headers on these cars and says that aftermarket shorties don't offer improvement is full of crap. Don't get me wrong, buy long tubes if you can.... but a good set of coated BBK equals will improve your HP. </P>
